A Simple Fall Recipe

UPDATE: I made it again & no one was home so I was able to get a photo of it being done. This time around I added chopped pecans, about 2 handfuls.

Enjoy!

Well, let me start off by saying, it was so good that I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of the finished product. So I assure you it was delicious, it lasted about an hour or so.

Traders Joe's has started bringing in their Fall foods & I picked up the Pumpkin Bread & Muffin box. It's one of our favorites & so easy to bake, just follow the directions on the box. But, here's the twist that will leave you without a finished photo. I add 2 hand fulls of milk chocolate chips & then I take it out 5 minutes before what it says on the box & boy o' boy! Super moist & the chips so warm & melted to perfection. Perfect with a cup of coffee or milk for the kids.

I can't wait to make it again & again! Next time I'll try to get a photo & come back & add it to the post.

Enjoy!
