game day ~ Mac & Cheese
With football season in full force on Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Saturday I have an easy mac & cheese recipe for you to make. That will look forward to every game, win or lose!
We all love mac & cheese & when it's a simple recipe with not too much fuss or ingredients, it's even better!

What You Need:
Your choice of pasta noodles
Shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper
Garlic powder
I like to cook my pasta in a Dutch oven. That way, I can drain the pasta when done & put it back into the pot & mix the ingredients, and then put it in the oven.
Let's Make The Dish:
Pre-heat oven to 385°
Cook your pasta to your desired texture.
Drain & place back in the pot.
Add all ingredients & mix well. All ingredients are measured by your liking & taste! We love it nice & cheesy.
Place in oven for about minutes (uncovered) until cheese is melted but stringy... Soo good!
After 15 minutes, I turn off the oven & leave the pot in the oven until ready to serve.
