Grateful, Thankful & Feeling Blessed.

With Thanksgiving week here, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you. I tell you often, but Thanksgiving only feels fitting to tell you once again this week.

When I take the time to be alone without any social media, blog & creating content, I am just me. I am Ali, who had a dream to share what I love & to work hard every day, not knowing anything about what this journey would be like or what to even expect. There are good days & bad, just like in anything we do in life. But over the past few years, I have grown into this person you know as "Ali of Country Chic Homes," & I find myself smiling from ear to ear. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's true. I consider each & every one of you as my friends that I can call & chat with. But in this world, we've created all I need to do is turn on my camera & chat away & hope that you're listening or write a blog post & pour my heart out to you. I am grateful that I started this journey & I am blessed that you have chosen to be here. I apologize to you; I never got around to finishing up my Thanksgiving Tablescape post. I lost track of time & will take responsibility, but I will also blame the mess created last week; redoing our third bedroom and converting it into my closet took a lot of time & left me drained. Instead of wrapping up the post, I will add several pictures of my created tablescapes. I only made two this year. Sharing photos seems more appropriate since we're days away from celebrating Thanksgiving.

My Thanksgiving message to you: may your hearts be filled with love, may your home be filled with joy, may your bellies be so full that you need to change into some stretchy pants & oversized sweatshirt, haha, or even a maxi dress! May you have leftovers to last you through the night & into the morning so you can enjoy all the festivities. & most of all, may you be humble, & grateful, & feel every blessing upon you & feel the presence of today.
