Pumpkin Cream Iced Coffee, yes please!
If there's one thing that you should know about me, it is that I love coffee; I can drink it all day long. My veins bleed coffee; weird, huh? But seriously, I drink a half to a full pitcher a day. It's just that good!
Since I work from home, drinking fresh coffee all day is convenient. Something about that first-morning sip of coffee wakes my soul, mind, or maybe even both. But what do you do with the last bit of coffee in your pitcher that is too cold & not enough to warm up? I have a sweet recipe for you: Pumpkin Cream Iced Coffee. & given today's temperature in Sonoma County, 96 degrees, I had one of these, maybe even two!
Cooled coffee, I use the last few cups from my morning brew.
2 TBSP Pumpkin puree
Coffee creamer (I use vanilla, hmmm caramel would taste amazing!)
3 TBSP Condensed milk (I prefer my drink not to be thick; you can use more if you choose a thicker drink like a frap.)
Cinnamon or Pumpkin spice
Ice
Add ice to your glass.
Add Cooled coffee.
Add flavored creamer to taste.
Froth pumpkin puree & condensed milk
Add to glass.
Add more ice. Sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top!
