Store Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items that are damaged during shipping are an exception & will be replaced with the same item (excluding vintage item's) if the item is no longer available a FULL refund will be submitted including a pro rated cost of shipping if multiple items were purchased. Depending on the extent of the damage Country Chic Homes will determine if the damaged item needs to be returned. A shipping label will be provided & item or items will be sent back in the packaging that was received in. Item's that have been damaged there is a 2 day period to submit a Claim Form. Form must be completed completely with pictures of damaged items. If you choose to keep the item, a discount will be offered to you & will be refunded to you to the original payment method. There is a 7 -10 period once Form has been submitted to Country Chic Homes to process & complete your claim.

Vintage item's have been well loved & come with a story to tell. A vintage item comes with it's beautiful imperfections. These can be cracks, patina, wear appropriate to its age & crazing among imperfections Descriptions & pictures have been included in the listing. We're well aware of these beautiful imperfections as each item is hand picked. Please read the description carefully as these items will not be accepted as damaged during shipping. Pricing Policy

Currently we only sell to continental USA. All prices are subject to change, applicable taxes & shipping rates are subject to change. If there has been an error in pricing or shipping cost, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods; Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit cards, Paypal & Klarna pay are accepted.

Discount Codes

Any discount code must be submitted at time of check out, unfortunately we can not cancel an order to apply a discount code after purchase. Only one discount code is redeemable per transaction & some may only be once per customer. Please reach out to use if you are having any issues with a discount code prior to submitting your order & we will be able to assist you.

Shipping Information

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday within 2 days of receiving your order. Total shipping time is determined by zip code, anytime within 3 - 7 business days. Shipping time frame could be affected by holidays, inclement weather in your area and general supply chain issues. Your patience is appreciated.
You will receive two emails, one when your order is placed and a second, with tracking information, when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped USPS & UPS & we are currently only shipping within the United States.
